Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
Product returned within 30 days of purchase will receive full refund less original shipping and handling fees.
Returns will not be accepted on orders 30 days or older.
No Refunds or returns will be accepted on custom manufactured parts or software products.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product isn’t used or damaged, and it’s with original packing.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
NO refunds on shipping costs!
Refunds will incur restock fees of 20%.
NO returns on Tunes, Software, or Digital Products
We DO NOT except any freight collect packages.
NO returns on parts which fail due to mis-installation. Proper installation is the responsibility of the buyer/user.
You obtain a Return Authorization number (RA) from us.
Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping,
both to and from Hades Garage.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are non-refundable.
